Gouden Giraffe Awards

For the Gouden Giraffe Awards 2026, the leading awards for the Dutch live communication and events industry, we partnered with Goodville to produce the complete series of nominee films that formed the backbone of the live show.

Across seven award categories, we travelled throughout the Netherlands to film 21 nominated agencies, brands and event professionals. Each film introduced the nominated project, explained the category they were competing in and gave the jury and audience insight into the thinking behind the work. The nominated cases covered a broad spectrum of the industry, ranging from event sustainability and innovation to strategy, brand experience and conversion-driven campaigns.

The entire production was delivered within an exceptionally tight three-week schedule. Together with Goodville, we managed the complete production process from editorial development, pre-production and scheduling through to filming, post-production, motion graphics, final delivery and integration into the live award show. Careful planning was essential, with 21 separate productions taking place in different locations while keeping a consistent visual identity across every film.

The nominee videos became a central part of the Gouden Giraffe Awards experience. Rather than simply announcing finalists, every nomination was introduced through video, creating a multimedia-driven event where storytelling connected the audience to the work behind each project. The films helped maintain the pace of the evening while giving every nominee equal visibility on stage.

Creatively, we aimed for a style that felt energetic, approachable and entertaining without losing the professional tone expected from an industry awards ceremony. Fast-paced editing, carefully designed motion graphics and a subtle sense of humour gave the films a recognisable identity while ensuring the focus remained on the nominated work itself.

The response from both the organisers and attendees was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of dynamic editing, a light-hearted tone of voice and a consistent visual style contributed to an engaging live experience and demonstrated how well-crafted video content can elevate an awards show beyond traditional stage presentations.
